Grant and Tender Writing
I'm a very experienced and successful bid writer, so can help you with one off applications that are very time consuming, or on an ongoing basis, supporting you to build up relationships with funders and to get more regular grants to create stability for your organisation.
Project Management and Report Writing
Good project management is key to ensuring that any funding you get is delivered on time and within budget to help to build relationships with funders. I can help you manage a particular project, or set up systems to ensure that you are collecting the right information to measure the impact of your work. I can also help with more lengthy report writing at the end of projects.
Interim Fundraising Support
I can offer support in times of change- perhaps a key member of staff leaving, or a new person starting with little experience. I can offer mentoring to help people become more successful in their fundraising.
